• Orders placed before 12 pm will be dispatched the same working day.
• If your order was placed after 12 pm on a Friday, it will be dispatched the following Monday.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
• UK Orders will be sent by Evri, you will receive delivery notifications via email, plus text notifications if a phone number is provided.

Delivery Policy

The delivery times provided are estimates. During peak periods please allow further time for delivery.

Delivery times are dependent upon the postal service/courier service and therefore subject to any postal delays, or events experienced by them for which we shall not be responsible.

We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO boxes.

Returns Policy

Goods we deliver to you should be of satisfactory quality. In accordance with your statutory rights, if you consider the goods to be defective, you can return the goods outside of the 28 day Cancellation Period for replacement or refund. You should contact us as soon as you are aware of the fault before returning the goods.
